Hearts at Home provide my care four times a day, every day. These ladies are just the best. They are kind, considerate, trustworthy, caring.

Those I’ve spoken with on the phone Heather, Arian and Della are wonderful also. They are helpful, listen, caring and do all that they can to help.

Hearts At Home really do set the standards high for home care.

I’ve had other home care companies but they’ve been worse. It’s such a relief to have Hearts AT home.

The lovely carers even engage with my pets which has resulted in my pets being relaxed with them and knowing that they are safe people. My pets get really excited when they hear the carers coming.

Hearts at Home want the best for us. They involve me and make me feel important to them. I feel looked after.

Every carer I’ve had has been, and is lovely.

I genuinely cant find anything negative to say about this service.

Very poor communication, dumped with this company by social services and practically no information for the family. No informant what drugs mum has been given today, no notes on care and extremely poor/ confrontational discussions on the phone phone. That is after contacting the wrong company that has the same name, which is also confusing. If I had been supplied with the correct contact details in the first place that would have been a good start. However, initial contact was made to my confused mum, whom they are supposed to be offering care to. Each conversation seems to dissolve into an accusation of “ I think you have a problem with us” and further goading which I will not rise to. If the manager is this unprofessional how can I have any confidence in the provision of care for my mum?
