Who are we?
Hearts at Home Homecare Limited is a privately owned domiciliary care company, based in Cambridgeshire, established in 2018, born out of personal experience and commitment to providing high quality care, particularly around care in peoples own home. Our personalised home care service gives you the choice to remain independent in your own home, without compromising on the quality of your care. We are based Ramsey and our geographical area covers this and the surrounding villages and towns.
Hearts at Home Homecare Limited is regulated and inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We endeavour to comply with all CQC Fundamental Care Standards
and always aim to exceed the National Minimum Standards that these require. To achieve this we constantly review, monitor, and update all areas of the business.
Nature of the services we provide:
Hearts at Home Homecare Limited is a domiciliary care agency, which provides a range of personal care and essential domestic support services for vulnerable people living in their own homes who may be unable to carry out these tasks for themselves. Regulated and assessed by the Care Quality Commission and aiming to contract with the local Authorities of Cambridgeshire.
While the exact nature of service provided to each Service User will vary and tailored to their needs, the following are examples of the services that are offered:
Assistance with dressing and grooming
Help with personal care (Washing, bathing, and showering)
Assisting with getting in and out of bed
Preparation of meals and drinks
Support with continence Care
Help and assistance with general mobility needs
Prompting or administration of medication
Assistance with domestic tasks including cleaning, washing, ironing, hovering, bed making and changing
Accompanying within the community to day centres, doctor’s surgery, opticians, and shops
Providing company and companionship
Providing care to cover for family/carer to take a break
